Flight Simulator Manufacturer HAVELSAN’s Boeing Training Devices Instruct Thousands of Pilots – Supporting Operators Transitioning Aircraft in 2025
HAVELSAN, located in Ankara, Turkiye, has allocated significant efforts and investments to create innovative Boeing type-specific educational systems aimed at aiding Boeing B737MAX operators as they improve their functionalities in 2025 and beyond.
In 2024, HAVELSAN successfully provided two Boeing B737MAX full flight simulators to Turkiye’s flagship carrier, Turkish Airlines. Both systems attained EASA certification in 2024 and became integral components of HAVELSAN’s Boeing B737NG full flight simulator training ecosystem.
April 2025 is poised to be a historic month for HAVELSAN as it conducts a factory acceptance evaluation with a new airline partner for a state-of-the-art Boeing B737NG FTD Level 2 (the inaugural device of its category produced in Turkiye).
In addition to manufacturing Boeing flight simulators, HAVELSAN also oversees Boeing training apparatuses, highlighted by its partnership with Turkish Airlines, which has been utilizing Boeing equipment in Ankara since 2023.
