BAE Systems has been chosen to support the U.S. Army in creating innovative geospatial intelligence capabilities aimed at improving soldier situational awareness.
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has granted BAE Systems a five-year contract valued at up to $75 million to deliver enhanced geospatial intelligence technical and analytical assistance.
This award falls under the INSCOM Global Intelligence indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
BAE Systems will engage in the exploitation and processing of geospatial data, producing various intelligence outputs for INSCOM’s Military Intelligence Brigade – Theatre Integrated GEOINT Divisions. The firm’s team of experts will also collaborate with the Army on next-generation geospatial intelligence development and experimental intelligence collection technologies.

The majority of the efforts will take place in the United States, with some activities occurring overseas.
