Bell Partners with Abu Dhabi Aviation for Enhanced Customer Support Solutions

Bell, a subsidiary of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), has entered into an Agreement with Abu Dhabi Aviation to solidify its position as an accredited Bell Customer Service Facility (CSF) and extend services for the Bell 212, Bell 412, and the SUBARU Bell 412EPX commercial helicopters. This recent collaboration further underscores the commitment of both entities to delivering outstanding customer assistance and promoting Bell’s aircraft to clients in the Middle East region.

“Bell’s Global Customer Solutions network meets all operator requirements and enhances access to top-tier maintenance and training,” remarked Chris Schaefer, vice president of Global Customer Solutions. “We are privileged to enhance our partnership with Abu Dhabi Aviation and persist in offering superior support and service solutions to the UAE and the broader Middle East area.”

Bell is additionally working with the UAE operator to facilitate a regional demonstration tour featuring the latest Bell 412 model, the SUBARU Bell 412EPX. The SUBARU Bell 412EPX represents the most recent enhancement in the esteemed 412 series and boasts an elevated maximum internal capacity of 12,200 lbs, an external capacity of 13,000 lbs, and the ability to transport up to 5,000 lbs using a cargo hook. The aircraft can hold up to 5,385 lbs of supplies within 220 cubic feet, accommodating food provisions, tools, field gear, helicopter emergency medical services, or palletized equipment.

Abu Dhabi Aviation stands as the largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, with a fleet comprising 61 helicopters and four fixed-wing aircraft, having accrued over 1 million flight hours with its Bell fleet. Bell has a legacy of over 45 years in delivering exceptional aircraft to the operator, serving needs for medical evacuations (MEDEVAC), charter flights, and offshore support.
