Croatia Chooses Rafale: A Bold Move by Dassault
Croatia has opted for the Rafale to enhance its Air Force, following a global tender process as part of its Multi Role Fighter Aircraft (MRFA) initiative.
The agreement between the French and Croatian governments will encompass the procurement of 12 Rafale jets previously utilized by the French Air Force, in addition to fleet maintenance and training support.
Dassault Aviation, along with its collaborators, expresses their joy at Croatia’s decision to be a first-time adopter of a “Dassault aircraft” and the fifth international customer for the Rafale. They extend their gratitude to the Croatian officials for their trust. They acknowledge the efforts made by the “France” team throughout the tender process and are committed to assisting the French authorities in finalizing the contract’s signature. This recent achievement in a competitive arena featuring European and U.S. aircraft underscores the technological and operational excellence of the Rafale, part of the latest generation of combat-tested multirole fighters. Moreover, it bolsters the Rafale’s stature within European Air Forces, significantly contributing to the defense sovereignty of Europe.
