“General Dynamics and Dedrone Forge Alliance to Revolutionize Counter-Drone Solutions for Defense and Civil Sectors”

General Dynamics Mission Systems has entered into a strategic partnership with Dedrone, the leading authority in airspace security, to enhance its capabilities in countering unmanned aerial systems (UAS). This collaboration provides General Dynamics with access to Dedrone’s comprehensive drone detection and defeat technologies. As part of the agreement, General Dynamics Mission Systems will serve as a value-added reseller for Dedrone’s counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) solutions and has made a noteworthy equity investment in Dedrone. This partnership will allow General Dynamics to exclusively distribute Dedrone’s advanced counter-drone technology to a wide range of customers, including those in the defense, civil government, intelligence, and critical infrastructure sectors.

“The intrusion of private and restricted airspace by unmanned aerial systems poses one of the most significant threats to our clients,” said Chris Brady, President of General Dynamics Mission Systems and a newly appointed member of Dedrone’s advisory board. “Dedrone’s cutting-edge C-UAS technology platform is the leading solution for addressing these issues, and we are excited to partner with them to enhance protections for our global customer base.”

In the rapidly evolving counter-drone technology landscape, Dedrone’s specialized focus on C-UAS detection and response has solidified its position as the industry leader. Their offerings encompass a unique blend of machine-learning software, top-tier hardware sensors, electronic countermeasures such as smart jamming, and defensive tactics to ensure early threat detection and effective risk mitigation. Dedrone’s solutions are trusted by countless clients worldwide, including the U.S. military, allied forces, correctional facilities, airports, utilities, and both public and private sectors.

“We are excited to partner with General Dynamics Mission Systems, recognized for their innovation in mission-critical solutions,” said Aaditya Devarakonda, CEO of Dedrone. “This collaboration will expand the reach of Dedrone’s technology, providing essential airspace security strategies for U.S. federal and defense clients, as well as global critical enterprise sectors.”
