Patria has finalized an agreement with Saab regarding the provision of an AMV 8×8 System Platform vehicle. This unit will serve as a testing and development platform for the latest innovations in Saab’s vehicle electronics and video technologies. Moreover, the vehicle is intended for demonstration and marketing efforts.The contract includes vehicle delivery, training, and support services. Saab plans to enhance this vehicle with their state-of-the-art video and vehicle electronic solutions tied to C4I systems and various other advanced functionalities. The resultant vehicle system will merge expertise and capabilities from both pioneering firms. Saab Vehicle Systems offers robust military electronics designed to endure demanding battlefield environments while minimizing lifecycle expenses.
