“KEMANKEŞ 2 Mini Cruise Missile Marks Milestone with Successful Debut Launch”

Turkey’s premier defense enterprise, Baykar, has successfully conducted the inaugural firing test of the KEMANKEŞ 2 Mini Smart Cruise Missile, engineered indigenously and innovatively, at the Baykar Flight Training and Testing Facility in Keşan, Edirne.

The mini smart cruise missile boasts an operational duration of approximately one hour and can swiftly engage critical enemy targets beyond the front lines, thanks to its jet propulsion system. With a striking range surpassing 200 kilometers, the KEMANKEŞ 2, featuring an AI-enhanced optical targeting system, possesses the capability to effectively neutralize targets even in adverse weather situations.

With its AI-assisted autopilot mechanism, the KEMANKEŞ 2 is capable of independently navigating and eliminating strategic objectives with remarkable accuracy, reshaping tactics on the battlefield. Operable in both day and night settings, the KEMANKEŞ 2 is equipped with anti-jamming capabilities, enabling it to function seamlessly amidst electronic disruptions. It will also facilitate data tracking assistance to the operator by relaying all collected information and visuals to the ground control center.
