Kongsberg Enhances F-16 Jets for a New Market Revolution

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) has finalized a contract between Norway and Romania for the transfer of 32 Norwegian F-16 combat aircraft, as announced today.

Kongsberg Aviation Maintenance Services (KAMS) has been tasked for the past two years with equipping the Norwegian F-16 aircraft for resale. This agreement encompasses refurbishment, preparation, and finalization.

With Norway and Romania now having formalized this agreement, an extension and enhancement of the existing contract between KONGSBERG and the Norwegian Defence Material Agency is anticipated.

KONGSBERG will issue an update once such an arrangement is established with NDMA.
