Lockheed Martin Set to Unleash 110 F-35 Fighter Jets in 2024!

Lockheed Martin provided a total of 110 F-35 combat aircraft to the United States and its partners in 2024, the Bethesda, Maryland-based defense firm announced in a statement on Wednesday.

The overall delivery meets the upper limit of the forecast range of 75 to 110 aircraft deliveries CEO Jim Taiclet shared during an earnings call last summer.

Lockheed elevated its revenue target in July after the Pentagon resumed receiving F-35 deliveries post a prolonged hiatus due to software upgrade delays. Lockheed has been enhancing the jets through the Technology Refresh 3, or TR-3 program, which equips the F-35 with superior displays and enhanced processing capabilities.

Lockheed’s F-35 initiative accounts for approximately 30% of the company’s overall income.

“Lockheed Martin is fully dedicated to progressing and delivering unparalleled air superiority solutions to the United States and our partners, ensuring that America maintains its aerial advantage,” the company stated in an announcement.
