RENK Group Secures AJAX Transmission Contracts, Elevating Its Global Reach!
RENK Group has obtained two new global clients for its reliable HSWL 256B transmission, enhancing its position in mission-critical propulsion technology. The German enterprise will deliver 42 transmissions to Lithuania for the AJAX infantry fighting vehicle, with a provision for an additional 42.
A further agreement has been established with another international client for the provision of ten transmissions. These advancements significantly expand RENK’s worldwide presence, especially within NATO nations and allied countries.
“We are thrilled to broaden our international reach with these agreements,” stated Dr. Alexander Sagel, CEO of RENK Group AG. “We are also solidifying our position as a trusted collaborator to NATO allies, particularly in a region of ongoing geopolitical sensitivity like NATO’s eastern front,” he noted.
The contracts signify the inclusion of two new nations in RENK’s clientele for the AJAX transmission, which is already operational with the British Army. “These agreements highlight not only the efficacy of our HSWL 256B transmission but also the growing international confidence in our state-of-the-art technologies,” Sagel remarked.
Production of the transmissions will occur at RENK’s headquarters in Augsburg. Shipments are anticipated to commence in 2026.
