Stewart Odurny Takes the Helm as Executive VP of Customer Engagement and Strategic Initiatives at Safran Landing Systems

Stewart Odurny has been appointed as the Executive Vice-President of Customers and Strategy at Safran Landing Systems effective January 2, 2023. He will oversee programs, sales, and the exploration of emerging markets alongside aircraft manufacturers.

Stewart Odurny embarked on his professional journey in 2002 with Messier-Dowty* as a Purchasing Manager and advanced to Purchasing Director in 2004. In 2007, he was designated as the Director of Landing Gear Products within the Supply Chain department. Stewart transitioned to the Program Management team in 2009 and took on the role of 787-9 Program Manager, focusing on cost efficiency. He then assumed the position of Director for North America Sales and Marketing at Safran Landing Systems in 2012. Since 2016, Stewart has held the title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America.

At 50 years of age, Stewart Odurny is an alumnus of Gloucester College of Arts & Technology and the University of Gloucestershire.
