Saudi Aerospace Engineering and Thales Forge Strategic Alliance for Aircraft Maintenance Solutions
Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI), an entirely owned division of Saudi Arabian Airlines Holding, alongside Thales, is executing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that marks the beginning of their collaboration to deliver exceptional maintenance solutions.
On the inaugural day of Dubai Airshow 2021, His Excellency, the Director General (DG) of Saudia Airlines, Mr. Ibrahim A Al-Omar, and the Chief Executive Officer of Thales Group, Mr. Patrice Caine, formalized the MOA between both entities.
This all-encompassing MRO Platinum Care contract enhances the synergy between the two organizations in the realms of Line Maintenance services and the establishment of a collaborative partnership for the repair of aviation components. SAEI will leverage the knowledge and support from Thales’s expert team, working in tandem with their operations to advance industrial and technological standards, thereby securing a competitive advantage in the MRO sector.
