Serco, a global pioneer in public services across transport, citizen services, and defense, was privileged to commemorate the grand inauguration of its new regional hub in Riyadh with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Badr AlBadr, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Investment, alongside Neil Crompton, the British Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.

The event was graced by Serco Group CEO, Rupert Soames, Country Director Mona Althagafi, several prominent clients, partners, and team members.

Mona Althagafi remarked, ‘it is a privilege to celebrate this pivotal milestone. Establishing our regional hub in Riyadh is fundamentally crucial as we aim to be in proximity to our key clients, ensuring we provide the most agile and inventive services possible, utilizing global best practices and expertise delivered by our local professionals. Concurrently, we are committed to giving our Saudi team exceptional training and the most fulfilling work experiences.”

Situated in the vibrant Riyadh Front district of the capital, this new office emerges as part of Serco’s long-term vision to enhance its Saudi-based resources. The new Riyadh hub will also feature ExperienceLab, Serco’s customer insight and service design agency centered on innovation and people. A dedicated team and space have been established to assist organizations within the Kingdom in utilizing the distinct understanding of data and insights to craft, evolve, and adapt services that meet the needs of their end-users, ensuring the delivery of world-class experiences.
