EDGE Secures Dominant Share in MARS Robotics Venture

Acquisition will bolster EDGE’s autonomous capabilities and facilitate access to technological advancements and highly skilled engineers for a broader spectrum of unmanned aerial systems (UAS)

EDGE, one of the globe’s most rapidly expanding and prominent advanced technology and defense conglomerates, today declared the acquisition of a majority interest in MARS Robotics, a frontrunner in autonomous robotic solutions headquartered in Jordan. The agreement will result in EDGE owning 80% of MARS Robotics, allowing the highly qualified and experienced engineering team to collaborate closely with EDGE on several thrilling initiatives. MARS Robotics will integrate closely within EDGE’s Advanced Concepts, which emphasizes the swift design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge and innovative technologies. Announced during the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 2023), where EDGE is showcasing a diverse array of autonomous solutions and smart weaponry, the acquisition will create enhanced opportunities for EDGE to broaden its portfolio and cater to its clientele worldwide.
