“We are privileged to join forces with BOCRA in bolstering Botswana’s initiatives to develop a safer and more secure digital space,” stated Dmitry Volkov, CEO, Group-IB. “This MoU represents a pivotal achievement in our worldwide campaign against cybercrime through partnership, innovation, and knowledge dissemination. Botswana is swiftly adopting digital advancements, and with that comes greater exposure to cyber threats. Through this collaboration, we intend to provide our premier threat intelligence capabilities, advanced digital forensic proficiencies, and extensive experience in dismantling worldwide cybercrime operations to aid Botswana in identifying, investigating, and thwarting malicious activities within its digital domain.”
The MoU additionally encompasses arrangements for training initiatives, coordinated operations, and strategic guidance concerning legal and regulatory issues, with the objective of fostering long-lasting cyber resilience.
