“EDGE and CS Group Forge Partnership for Advanced Tactical Communication Initiative”
EDGE, one of the globe’s foremost advanced technology and defense conglomerates, along with CS Group – a division of Sopra Steria, the European tech pioneer – specializing in the conception, creation, and execution of tactical communication frameworks and information systems, have formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to engage in a cutting-edge tactical communications initiative.
Formalized at the International Paris Airshow 2025 by Mr. Waleid Al Mesmari, President of Space & Cyber Technologies at EDGE, and Pierre Lopez, Chief Executive Officer of CS Group, the MoU establishes the groundwork for the fusion of an operational command framework with a tactical data network, thereby facilitating the creation of a premier sovereign solution.
EDGE’s Space & Cyber Technologies Cluster will spearhead the partnership with CS Group to jointly develop sophisticated technologies as part of an overarching strategic effort aimed at enhancing multi-domain digital battlefield capabilities.
The MoU represents the latest progression in EDGE’s initiative to invent and produce pioneering and ultra-secure communication systems for military forces, governmental entities, and enterprises in pursuit of dependable and exceptionally secure communication solutions amid the most daunting operational conditions.
