“Forging Alliances: ELT Group and EDGE Unite to Enhance Kuwait Navy’s EW Suite for Missile Boats”
In alignment with the Letter of Intent (LOI) executed in February 2025 between ELT Group and EDGE Group, a Strategic Cooperation Agreement was formalized today to progress discussions regarding the provision of electronic warfare (EW) systems for the missile boats of the Kuwait Navy, designating ELT Group as the preferred vendor.
This agreement was endorsed by Domitilla Benigni, CEO & COO of ELT Group, and Omar Al Zaabi, President – Trading and Mission Support at EDGE Group, with witnesses including Rodrigo Torres, Group CFO, EDGE, alongside Paolo Zani, Managing Director for ELT Group UAE.
The agreement signifies the mutual aspiration of both Parties to expedite the procedure and work collaboratively towards finalizing the contract. This event represents a pivotal achievement in their alliance, which also encompasses ambitions for the potential creation of a joint venture in the UAE.
