“Ventura IOT and STM Forge Agreement to Collaborate on Cutting-Edge Tactical UAV Innovations”
Turkish defense company STM and Malaysia’s Ventura IOT Sdn. Bhd. have finalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on tactical unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technologies.
The accord was ratified in Kuala Lumpur during the ASEAN 2025 Summit, which Malaysia is presiding over under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability in Defense.”
STM highlighted that this partnership represents a strategic initiative to bolster its global collaborations and enhance its technology-driven endeavors throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Ventura IOT, located in Selangor, excels in system integration and surveillance solutions, encompassing fiber optic sensing and Internet of Things (IoT) innovations. The MoU formalizes the objective for both enterprises to investigate collaborative opportunities in surveillance and tactical UAV technologies for diverse defense and security uses.
