Lockheed Martin Unveils New Chief Public Affairs Officer and Senior VP
Lockheed Martin’s leadership dynamic transforms with the appointment of Stuart Holliday as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Public Affairs Officer, effective September 29. In this pivotal role, Holliday will spearhead Communications and Government Affairs initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s international operations. His efforts will play a crucial role in engaging key policymakers and customers, bolstering Lockheed Martin’s 21st Century Security vision.
In this new organizational structure, Robert Head has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, taking charge of the U.S. government affairs team.

About Stuart Holliday
Holliday brings a wealth of experience as CEO of Meridian International Center, where he focuses on enhancing American diplomacy and economic competitiveness. His past roles include serving as the U.S. Ambassador for Special Political Affairs at the United Nations and as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He has also held significant positions in the White House, the State Department, and the Texas Governor’s office.
In addition, Holliday contributes as a trustee for the Center for the Study of Presidency and Congress, as well as the Blair House Foundation. He has been recognized for his service by the U.S. Navy and honored with the French Legion of Honor.
