EDGE Amplifies Presence in Eastern Europe with Key Partnerships in Bulgaria
EDGE Group PJSC (EDGE), a prominent force in cutting-edge technology and defense sectors globally, today unveiled the signing of two distinct partnership agreements with major Bulgarian entities.
EDGE has allied with TBS Ltd. (TBS), a global trading firm offering some of the most creative and sophisticated technological solutions for securing Land, Air, and Space, along with Samel-90, a producer of an extensive range of high-performance electronic communication devices and systems.
The official signing events occurred during an EDGE Group delegation’s visit to Bulgaria, during which members of EDGE’s executive team engaged with local dignitaries and industry stakeholders, allowing the Group to demonstrate its capabilities, investigate potential collaborations, and broaden its presence in the Eastern European market.
Commenting on the partnerships, Omar Al Zaabi, President of Trading & Mission Support at EDGE, stated: “These alliances represent another essential milestone in executing the EDGE growth strategy, advancing EDGE’s objective to seek global, mutually advantageous collaborations that bolster defense capability enhancement. TBS and EDGE aim to collaborate through international trade growth, expertise transfer, research and development in space science technologies, cyber defense, secure communications, land vehicle procurement, and range development.
According to the agreement with Samel-90, both organizations will collaboratively identify business prospects across various electronic development spheres. Samel-90 currently excels in products such as jamming solutions, surveillance systems, mechanical components, and satellite parts.
