“Strength in Collaboration: ELT Group and EDGE Join Forces to Elevate Kuwait Navy’s Missile Boat EW Capabilities”
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) established in February 2025 between ELT Group and EDGE Group, a Strategic Partnership Agreement has been formalized today to advance dialogues concerning the delivery of electronic warfare (EW) solutions for the missile vessels of the Kuwait Navy, designating ELT Group as the preferred supplier.
This agreement was ratified by Domitilla Benigni, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer of ELT Group, and Omar Al Zaabi, President – Trading and Mission Support at EDGE Group, with endorsements from witnesses including Rodrigo Torres, Group Chief Financial Officer, EDGE, alongside Paolo Zani, Managing Director for ELT Group UAE.
The agreement illustrates the shared ambition of both Parties to accelerate the process and collaborate towards finalizing the contract. This moment signifies a significant milestone in their partnership, which also includes aspirations for the potential establishment of a joint venture in the UAE.
