“EDGE Group Welcomes Esteemed Delegation from the Brazilian Marine Corps”

EDGE Group PJSC (EDGE), a prominent global leader in advanced technology and defense solutions, welcomed a prestigious delegation from the Brazilian Marine Corps at its headquarters and manufacturing and testing facilities in Abu Dhabi. Throughout the four-day visit, EDGE updated the delegation on its latest advancements and conducted several live demonstrations of its extensive capabilities across air, land, sea, and cyber domains, emphasizing autonomous systems, counter-drone advancements, electronic warfare, cybersecurity, secured communications, missiles, naval ships, and armored vehicles.

Led by Admiral Rogerio Ramos Lage, Marine Corps Material Commander, the delegation also encompassed Colonel Aderian Ricardo Lima Rodriques, Head of Electronic Warfare and Cybersecurity Material Commander, and Major Augusto Van den Eeden Claas, Command and Control Battalion Operations Officer.

EDGE recently disclosed a strategic partnership agreement with the Brazilian Navy to co-invest in the advancement of long-range anti-ship missile technology, alongside offering advanced solutions like anti-jamming capabilities, which are developed by EDGE in the UAE.

A key element of EDGE’s growth strategy is the cultivation of mutually beneficial alliances worldwide to support defense capability enhancement, including in Latin America, where EDGE has recently launched its first international office, situated in Brasilia.
