Unveiling Innovations: HAVELSAN’s Cutting-Edge Submarine Command System Debuts at NATO Conference
HAVELSAN, a prominent supplier of command and control frameworks, engaged in the NATO Submarine Commanders Conference (Submarine Commanders Conference-SSC) hosted at the Maritime Security Center of Excellence (MARSEC COE)/Istanbul from 27-28 September 2023.
During the conference, HAVELSAN Subject Matter Expert (Title) Ahmet Berat İlhan delivered a presentation on “Submarine Operations Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS)”.
In his presentation, İlhan highlighted the significance of interoperability and explored the prospective advancements of operational-level submarine operations command and control information systems, which will incorporate operational planning for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). He articulated how HAVELSAN’s design is tailored to address the requirements of next-generation underwater assets for both naval and civilian UUVs.
