ARQUUS: Precision Strategies Crafted for Elite Forces
ARQUUS: Pioneers in Land Tactical Mobility
The expert in land tactical mobility, ARQUUS has developed a vast selection of vehicles specifically designed for Special Forces, prioritizing endurance, durability, versatility, and operational effectiveness. Among these models, Panhard’s VPS and ACMAT’s VLRA stand out, positioning ARQUUS as a leader in the realm of specialized vehicles.
At SOFINS, ARQUUS displays three exceptional vehicles that meet the demands of Special Forces: the Bastion, the Sabre, and the Trigger.
Building on the successes and insights derived from the VLRA (Véhicule Léger de Reconnaissance et d’Appui, a pivotal vehicle for the French Special Forces), ARQUUS has engineered THE BASTION, a robust vehicle designed for all-terrain maneuverability, achieving remarkable recognition on a global scale. The Bastion’s armored design, meticulously constructed to adhere to NATO standards for ballistic, anti-mine, and anti-IED defense, provides ample internal space for significant equipment loads, ensuring maximum comfort for operators.
THE SABRE is founded on the reliable framework of the Sherpa Light. It seamlessly matches the Special Forces’ needs regarding armament, endurance, payload, communication networks, and sturdiness. Stealthy and exceptionally nimble, the Sabre stands out as a top-tier vehicle for operations behind enemy lines.
THE TRIGGER is a lightweight, multipurpose vehicle designed for transporting personnel and supplies. Its reinforced rear platform allows for patrol and fire support missions, boasting the highest load capacity in its class. The Trigger delivers essential features in terms of endurance and robustness, rendering it ideal for extended missions that demand minimal upkeep.
At SOFINS, ARQUUS also presents its Hornet Lite RCWS, armed with a 7.62 mm machine gun, part of the Hornet RCWS series. The Hornet is scheduled to equip the Griffon and Jaguar vehicles of the French Army starting in 2019.
