
HAVELSAN Partners with Chilean Navy to Enhance Defense with ADVENT Combat System
HAVELSAN, a prominent technology-centric entity within the Turkish defense sector, persistently fortifies its global partnerships. In this regard, a significant accord was formalized on March 27, 2025, between HAVELSAN and the Chilean Navy.
According to this pact, the ADVENT Combat Management System (CMS), celebrated for its superior command-and-control functionalities, will be delivered for the enhancement of two Frigates in the fleet of the Chilean Navy.
The initiative is anticipated to be finalized within a span of four years. ADVENT CMS will be seamlessly incorporated into both frigates throughout this timeframe, ensuring flawless interoperability with existing onboard systems and armaments.

Chile Becomes the 9th Nation to Join the ADVENT Ecosystem
Through this initiative, Chile ascends to the status of the 9th nation to incorporate the ADVENT Combat Management System into its maritime assets. Initially launched on the Turkish Navy’s TCG KINALIADA corvette, ADVENT continues its voyage across international waters, broadening its influence and garnering increasing global attention.

About the ADVENT Combat Management System
ADVENT is an all-encompassing combat management system tailored to address contemporary naval warfare needs. Based on a network-centric operational framework and multi-force task structure, ADVENT facilitates smooth collaboration among naval assets.
Developed in close partnership with the Turkish Naval Forces Command, ADVENT has the honor of being the first combat management system purposely created for the Turkish Navy.
This system incorporates all operational activities including threat assessment, decision support, target recognition, and control of armaments and sensors, providing commanders with enhanced situational awareness and operational efficiency. With its intuitive interfaces, extensive integration capability, and homegrown software foundation, ADVENT excels in security, agility, and mission readiness.
