Patria’s AMVXP 8×8 Test Vehicles Gear Up for Their Journey to Japan
Patria AMVXP 8×8 vehicles have recently been dispatched from Finland to Japan for evaluation purposes. These advanced vehicles are integral to the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force’s initiative known as the Next Wheeled Armored Vehicle, operating under the auspices of the Japanese Ministry of Defense. The vehicles will be delivered to the Japanese Ministry of Defense as planned, and Patria is fully prepared to offer all essential assistance during the forthcoming test phases.
Chosen as a key contender for the innovative 8×8 Wheeled Armored Personnel Carriers (WAPCs) project, Patria is excited about moving forward. The undertaking has now entered the testing phase, following which the Japanese Ministry of Defense will assess the vehicles.
