Ventura Defense Set to Showcase Innovations at Global Defense Expo

The Spanish firm Ventura Defense, known for producing the ALAKRAN lightweight mobile mortar carrier system and the 1Command suite for cutting-edge command and control (C2) systems, has confirmed its participation in the World Defense Show (WDS) scheduled for March 2022 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The 1Command suite leverages Ventura Defense’s well-established proficiency and knowledge in the defense sector, particularly in mortar carriers and fire control solutions. The Alakran 120mm/81mm automated aiming mortar carrier system is seamlessly integrated into the 1Command suite, ensuring complete interoperability with various artillery units, forward observer elements, UAV target acquisition systems, and battle management solutions. Alakran is engineered to perform under harsh conditions, in GNSS-denied environments, and across a variety of terrains, including urban and desert landscapes.
