KNDS Revolutionizes Its Reach: Exciting New Subsidiary Launches in Ukraine!

KNDS, a Franco-German defense corporation, has recently announced the formation of a subsidiary in Ukraine.

This endeavor aims to enhance the firm’s presence in the region and augment its capability to support the Ukrainian defense industry.

The company entered into two Letters of Intent with the Ukrainian entity ENMEK. The initial agreement pertains to the establishment of a maintenance facility for the Caesar self-propelled howitzer, a crucial piece of artillery within the Ukrainian arsenal. The subsequent contract highlights the production of replacement parts for the Caesar utilizing cutting-edge 3D printing technologies.

Furthermore, KNDS has secured a partnership with KZVV, another Ukrainian firm, to transfer the manufacturing of 155mm artillery shells. This aligns with a broader strategy to localize arms production throughout Ukraine.

These initiatives form part of a holistic strategy by KNDS to strengthen Ukraine’s military capabilities and reinforce the nation’s sovereignty in the defense sector.
