C&S Propeller Unveils New MRO Facility in Fort Worth: A Game Changer for Propeller Services!

Fort Worth – With its transition to Fort Worth, Texas finalized and the relevant FAA repair station certification granted, C&S Propeller’s extensive propeller system maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations are functioning at optimal efficiency.

C&S commenced the development of its new 18,000 square foot facility during the summer. The workshop was designed and equipped with proven, effective processes and tools. Highly skilled and trained propeller technicians, with diverse backgrounds including military and commercial MRO, continue to operate the facility.

Established in 1968, C&S Propeller is recognized as one of the leading authorities in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of the 54H60 propeller system utilized on the Lockheed C-130 Hercules military aircraft and its commercial counterpart, the L-100. C&S caters to military, government, and civilian C-130/L-100 operators worldwide.

As a comprehensive source for propeller system MRO, the range of services provided encompasses all facets of the complete propeller propulsion system, including prop blades, hubs, valve housings, pump housings, and spinners.

With over 1,400 aircraft in military and civilian service, the Lockheed C-130/L-100 stands as one of aviation’s largest and most extensively utilized transport aircraft fleets.
