Sikorsky Partners with CMC Electronics for Advanced Flight Management Solutions

CMC Electronics is thrilled to declare a new multi-year agreement with Sikorsky, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, for the provision of its military Flight Management System (FMS) across various Sikorsky helicopter models including the UH-60M, HH-60M, HH-60W, S-70i, and the S-70M. The helicopters equipped with CMC’s technology will be supplied to the US Army, the US Air Force, as well as several global Black Hawk clients for deployment in an array of missions such as search and rescue, troop transport, medical evacuation, disaster relief, aerial firefighting, and border surveillance.

The CMA-2082MC military FMS stands out as it enables Sikorsky to innovate and tailor the FMS functionalities to fulfill the tactical requirements of Black Hawk operators, all while leveraging a robust base of helicopter FMS software cultivated by CMC.

The CMA-2082MC is a comprehensive flight management solution that includes integrated radio management. It boasts a vast range of navigation, communication, and mission software. CMC’s modular FMS is both robust and adaptable, offering the added advantages of compact size, lightweight design, and cost efficiency.
