“Transforming Land Systems: EDGE Joins Forces with ADG Mobility in a New Era for UAE Manufacturing”
TRUST, a sector of EDGE and a vital element of national security and defense capabilities that delivers top-tier equipment, avant-garde technologies, and unparalleled services, has established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ADG Mobility, a South Africa-based firm that focuses on the production of armored vehicles, subsystems, and components. This partnership was disclosed during the Make It in the Emirates forum, taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from May 19 to 22.
Under the terms of the MoU, both entities will develop a strategic framework for future collaborations concentrating on the design, enhancement, and manufacturing of specialized ground systems equipment, including armored vehicles, within the UAE.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Jasem Alzaabi, Vice President of Business Development (Trading & Mission Support) – EDGE, and Dr. Stefan Nell, Chief Executive Officer of ADG Mobility, in the presence of Dr. Abdulmunem Alshehhi, Chief Operations Officer – TRUST, and Syed Haroon, Manager of Engineering and Development – TRUST.
