“Ventura IOT and STM Unite to Pioneer Next-Gen Tactical UAV Technologies”
Turkish defense enterprise STM and Malaysia’s Ventura IOT Sdn. Bhd. have concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to partner on tactical unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) innovations.
The agreement was endorsed in Kuala Lumpur during the ASEAN 2025 Summit, which Malaysia is leading under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability in Defense.”
STM emphasized that this collaboration signifies a strategic effort to enhance its global partnerships and boost its technology-driven projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Located in Selangor, Ventura IOT specializes in system integration and surveillance solutions, incorporating fiber optic sensing and Internet of Things (IoT) advancements. The MoU solidifies the aim for both organizations to explore joint ventures in surveillance and tactical UAV technologies for various defense and security applications.
