
“EDGE Joins Forces with Hungary’s Defence Ministry to Ignite Innovation”
The Hungarian Ministry of Defence and EDGE, a leading figure in advanced technological solutions and defence innovations, have established a memorandum of understanding (MOU) during a notable visit by Hungary’s Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán, to the UAE. This document focuses on defence innovations, in addition to research and development initiatives. This collaboration also paves the way for potential multi-million-euro agreements involving EDGE and its subsidiaries, emphasizing the extensive possibilities for future partnerships.
The agreement was formalized during a distinguished ceremony in Abu Dhabi, featuring Hungary’s Prime Minister, Hungary’s Minister of Defence, and top officials from EDGE. This significant moment exemplifies Hungary’s confidence in EDGE’s state-of-the-art defence solutions and highlights the importance of the Hungarian Prime Minister’s visit to the UAE, which has reinforced bilateral relations and enhanced cooperation.

We look forward to building on this success through further collaboration, including the provision of CARACAL sniper rifles to the Hungarian Defence Forces, marking EDGE’s first supply of such systems to a NATO member nation.”
