Rohde & Schwarz, in conjunction with ELT Group, has finalized an agreement to deliver Electronic Warfare (EW) systems for the German Navy’s F124 initiative and the Polish Navy’s latest Miecznik class multi-role frigates.

This partnership is based on ELT Group’s proficiency in providing top-tier solutions that meet Rohde & Schwarz’ rigorous technical and commercial requirements, complemented by the harmonious alignment between both firms’ offerings.

Recently, Rohde & Schwarz was tasked with supplying and integrating systems for communications, radar electronic support measures, and radar countermeasures (C-ESM/R-ESM/R-ECM) from the R&S KORA suite for the three F124 Sachsen class frigates, as well as communications and radar electronic support measures (C-ESM/R-ESM) for the three Miecznik multi-role frigates. This system boosts situational awareness and enhances early alert capabilities and ship self-defense.

ELT Group’s involvement is an integral part of the recent procurement of EW Systems by Rohde & Schwarz, through the provision of its cutting-edge solutions for the R-ESM and R-ECM systems.

“We are prolonging our successful partnership from the F126 project and anticipate a dependable collaboration,” states Alexander Philipp, Managing Director of Rohde & Schwarz Vertriebs-GmbH. “The ELT Group’s team has significantly augmented the established R&S KORA solution. This contract marks a pivotal moment in the alliance between our two companies and the German-Italian defense partnership.”

“We are immensely satisfied with the finalization of these crucial contracts with Rohde & Schwarz,” commented Domitilla Benigni, CEO & COO of ELT Group. “They serve as a foundation to further bolster our value proposition to clients, further enhanced by our long-standing presence in Europe. We are eager to collaborate closely to ensure successful implementation.”
