
Soaring Ahead: The Beechcraft T-6C Texan II Revolutionizes Pilot Training in the Tunisian Air Force
Textron Aviation Defense has confirmed the delivery of the eighth Beechcraft T-6C Texan II aircraft to enhance pilot training for the Tunisian Air Force at No. 13 Squadron located at Sfax Air Base in Tunisia. Previously, Textron Aviation Defense secured a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) agreement for eight state-of-the-art T-6C Texan II military training aircraft, as well as in-country field service and logistics support representatives, comprehensive program management, initial contractor support for the first year, training for pilots and maintenance personnel, spare engines, critical components, and aircraft support equipment.
The Beechcraft T-6C Texan II is skillfully produced by Textron Aviation Defense LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Textron Aviation Inc., which is part of Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT).
