
Ankara, Türkiye – The simulator manufacturer HAVELSAN, located in Turkey, declared that another Boeing B737-8 MAX Full Flight Simulator (FFS), developed by HAVELSAN and employed by Turkish Airlines, has effectively attained European EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) Level D certification.
Previously, HAVELSAN had signed a contract with Turkish Airlines for the procurement of a total of 11 A320 CEO NEOs along with Boeing 737 Max FFS and FTDs. In May 2023, the first HAVELSAN engineered B737 MAX full flight simulator positioned at the Turkish Airlines Flight Training Center secured EASA Level D certification. Now, for the second time, the company has achieved a remarkable milestone by obtaining EASA Level D Certification for another B737-8 MAX Simulator. This acknowledgment emphasizes HAVELSAN’s unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and safety in aviation education.
