Enchanted Defenders Introduce Innovative Safety Equipment

A groundbreaking flame-resistant, quick-drying plate carrier, designed for Marine Special Forces and known as the ‘Kastell Pro Aqua,’ has been launched by professionals in personal safety and protective equipment, BCB International Ltd.

With a remarkable legacy spanning 164 years, BCB International Ltd., headquartered in the UK, has unveiled pioneering products including ballistic protective undergarments called ‘Blast Boxers,’ buoyant Body Armour, and boat stopping systems.

The Kastell Pro Aqua serves as a significant upgrade to their renowned military apparel collection.

According to the company’s representative, Philippe Minchin, the Kastell Pro Aqua was meticulously designed for users engaged in beach landings, river crossings, and vessel boardings: “The Kastell Pro Aqua is a modular plate carrier tailored for amphibious special forces, constructed from flame-resistant and quick-drying materials.”

“It features innovative components aimed at enhancing comfort and functionality for the users. Unlike standard MOLLE webbing, our exclusive MOLLE apertures reduce disruption to the camouflage pattern of the vest’s fabric, thus improving breathability, thermal regulation, and permitting faster water drainage. The vest is equipped with a quad quick-release system that can be activated within five seconds and reattached in just twenty seconds, making it essential when immediate medical support or tactical extraction is required.”

“The Kastell Pro Aqua also comes with adjustable modular cummerbunds featuring T Bars that provide options for attachment on the next MOLLE strap or for securing onto the vest’s exterior for a snugger fit. Its highly resilient waterproof lining, coupled with an innovative arrangement of spacer pads, guarantees superior comfort, airflow, and moisture control. Additionally, the Kastell Pro Aqua includes removable groin and coccyx protectors.”

Mr. Minchin further stated that the Kastell Pro Aqua is presently undergoing extensive trials and evaluations with a European Special Forces unit.
