L3Harris Finalizes Acquisition of Link 16 Technology
L3Harris Technologies today declared the finalization of its purchase of Viasat Inc.’s (NASDAQ: VSAT) Tactical Data Links product range – popularly referred to as Link 16 – for around $1.96 billion, pending standard adjustments.
