ASELSAN Shatters Records with $1 Billion in Export Contracts for 2024!
ASELSAN finalized export agreements totaling over 1 billion USD in 2024, marking a historic milestone in its journey. The firm has also broadened its global reach by inaugurating new offices across the globe, relentlessly progressing towards its ambitious objectives for 2030.
ASELSAN, Türkiye’s premier defense contractor, demonstrated remarkable success in international sales for 2024, surpassing 1 billion dollars in export contracts. Direct exports saw a twofold increase compared to the preceding year, amounting to 217 million USD, while indirect exports via land, sea, and air platforms reached 291 million USD. This culminated in an overall export figure of 508 million USD, underscoring ASELSAN’s expanding impact in worldwide markets.
Throughout 2024, the company secured agreements with seven nations for the first time, elevating the total number of countries relying on ASELSAN’s technology to 92. Additionally, 31 products were exported for the first time, including the ASELFLIR-500 camera, GÖZDE and KGK guidance kits, CENK naval radars, FERSAH anti-submarine sonar, and more. Notably, the advanced electro-optical system ASELFLIR-500, recognized for its exceptional performance on UAVs, was sold to 16 nations in its initial production year.
The establishment of new offices in six distinct countries in 2024 has amplified ASELSAN’s international footprint to 20 nations, boosting its capability to offer superior services to its end-users. By delivering the Ku-Band and X-Band LOCUS communication payloads for Türkiye’s inaugural domestic communication satellite, TÜRKSAT-6A, ASELSAN has established its ability to provide communication solutions across various platforms, from the depths of the ocean to the outer space.
