Lebanon’s New Tactical Edge: Jordan Delivers M113 Armored Personnel Carriers

At the request of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, Sovereign of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, a vessel carrying 62 M113 armored troop carriers arrived at the port of Beirut.

This shipment is a commendable offering from the Kingdom to the Lebanese Armed Forces.

The donation was received in the presence of an envoy from the Jordanian Embassy along with a representative of the Commander-in-Chief of the Lebanese Armed Forces, General Joseph Aoun. It is set to enhance the military’s capabilities, especially concerning operational deployment and missions undertaken across various regions of Lebanon, amidst the extraordinary challenges the nation is undergoing.”
