Based in Turkey, simulation technology creator HAVELSAN has proclaimed that another full flight simulator (FFS) designed by HAVELSAN, an Airbus A320 used by Turkish Airlines, has attained European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Level D accreditation. This marks one of three HAVELSAN Airbus A320 FFS that Turkish Airlines will operate as part of a deal for the acquisition of a total of eleven A320 CEO NEOs and Boeing 737 Max FFS and FTDs.
This recent Airbus A320 full flight simulator EASA accreditation demonstrates to the worldwide aviation and pilot instruction sector that HAVELSAN can deliver top-quality Turkish-made pilot training apparatus. HAVELSAN is particularly emphasizing the provision of premier after-sales assistance and engaging with clients on long-term collaborative endeavors.

In 2023, several HAVELSAN Boeing B737MAX full flight simulators received EASA Level D Accreditation, and HAVELSAN aided Turkish Airlines through a training center partnership. Earlier in March 2024, HAVELSAN announced its plans to enhance initiatives and support for airlines and simulator training centers, including the capability to produce up to eight full flight simulators annually, as well as collaborating with airlines to facilitate the expansion of their simulator training center operations through adaptable solutions.
