RENK Group Expands Global Footprint with Major AJAX Transmission Deals!
RENK Group has secured two new global clients for its dependable HSWL 256B transmission system, bolstering its status in critical mission propulsion technology. The German firm will supply 42 transmissions to Lithuania for the AJAX infantry fighting vehicle, with an option for an extra 42.
Additionally, a further contract has been established with another international partner for the supply of ten transmissions. These developments considerably enhance RENK’s global footprint, especially among NATO nations and allied countries.
“We are excited to extend our international presence through these agreements,” remarked Dr. Alexander Sagel, CEO of RENK Group AG. “Furthermore, we are reinforcing our role as a trusted partner to NATO allies, particularly in a region characterized by ongoing geopolitical sensitivities like NATO’s eastern front,” he emphasized.
The contracts signify the addition of two new countries to RENK’s clientele for the AJAX transmission, which is already in service with the British Army. “These agreements underscore not only the effectiveness of our HSWL 256B transmission but also the increasing international trust in our cutting-edge technologies,” Sagel commented.
Production of the transmissions will take place at RENK’s headquarters in Augsburg. Deliveries are expected to commence in 2026.
